Allium tuberosum ‘Cliffs of Dover’ is a garlic that is fragrant, edible and ornamentally beautiful. Round, globe-shaped, open clusters of white, star-shaped flowers. This late season bloom is uncommon in the genus offering their spherical flower heads when other Allium have long since finished blooming. Both the flower and foliage are edible with a mild garlic flavour.
